Yes. All of our coverage plans can be transferred to a subsequent private owner, which often enhances your vehicle’s resale appeal. A small administrative fee applies, and we handle the transfer paperwork for you.

Bring your vehicle to any authorized facility, or contact our concierge claims line and we’ll coordinate. Approved repairs are paid directly to the shop, there are no reimbursement forms to chase. Most claims are authorized the same day.

Factory and dealer-installed options are fully covered. Aftermarket modifications themselves are not covered, and any failure directly caused by a modification is excluded, but unrelated covered systems remain protected. Tell us about your build and we’ll be transparent about what applies.

Plans carry a low, per-visit deductible rather than per-part, so a single repair visit involving multiple components is one deductible. Zero-deductible options are available on the Elite plan.

Coverage starts the day of purchase and runs concurrently for the term or mileage limit, whichever comes first. There is no waiting period for vehicles purchased directly from One Legacy Motors.
